Yoga

Wednesday Morning Yoga (10:00–11:00)

Hatha / Vinyasa – Beginner Friendly

 

Start your day with a gentle and mindful flow designed to reconnect your body and breath. This class blends elements of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, moving at a steady, accessible pace to help awaken the whole body.

You’ll be guided through simple sequences that build awareness, improve mobility, and encourage a natural rhythm between movement and breath. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a softer, more grounding practice.

Expect to leave feeling refreshed, centred, and ready for the day ahead.

 

What to bring:

A small face towel and water

 

Thursday Evening Yoga (7:00–8:00)

Yin Yoga – Beginner Friendly

 

Unwind and slow down with a deeply nourishing Yin practice designed to help you release tension and prepare for rest. This class focuses on longer-held, floor-based postures that gently stretch the body while encouraging stillness and breath awareness.

With time and space to soften into each pose, you’ll support flexibility, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of inner quiet. Gentle breathwork is woven throughout to enhance relaxation and grounding.

Ideal for all levels, especially those seeking a slower, more restorative experience at the end of the day.

 

What to bring:

Comfortable clothing (joggers, hoodie welcome), water and an optional eye mask for shavasana

Intimate small group yoga class – max 6ppl

Clinical Pilates

Anja is trained in Polestar Pilates, which is a comprehensive, science-based approach to movement that integrates the original work of Joseph Pilates with modern biomechanics and rehabilitation principles. Grounded in the philosophy of "Intelligent Movement," this practice focuses on total-body health by improving posture, core control, and efficient movement patterns. While highly effective for managing persistent pain or recovering from specific physical issues, this approach also serves as a powerful preventative method to build resilience and protect against future injury.

 

Rather than a one-size-fits-all workout, Polestar Pilates is designed to meet your individual needs, helping you overcome physical limitations and move with newfound ease and efficiency.

 

Please note: If you are pregnant, Anja will be able to accommodate your needs depending on the trimester. Clinical Pilates can also be very helpful for recovery after giving birth.

 

Anja’s sessions focus on intentional mindful movement, often described as “Movement Meditation”, leaving both the body and mind feeling great.
